Privacy Policy

Iosvisual is an independent studio that builds mobile and web apps, including Torinox, Smokesmart, and DoOrPay. We design our products to collect as little personal data as possible, and to keep what we do collect secure. This policy applies to iosvisual.com and to the apps we publish, unless an app provides its own separate notice.

Depending on the app and how you use it, we may collect:

• Account details — such as an email address or display name when you create an account.
• Content you create — like events, messages, goals, or progress entries you add inside an app.
• Health & activity data — in Smokesmart, optional Apple Health data stays on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.
• Payment data — handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
• Diagnostics — basic, aggregated usage and crash information to help us fix problems.

We use the data above only to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the apps and their features.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Process tickets and payments where applicable.
• Respond to your questions and support requests.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We share data only with the trusted infrastructure providers that make our apps work:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe — secure payment processing.
• Hosting & delivery — for serving the website and app content.

Each processor handles data under its own agreement and only as needed to provide its service. We may also disclose data if required by law.

We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and row-level security on our databases. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to follow industry best practices and to limit who can access personal data.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Depending on your region, you may also have rights to data portability or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, just email us.

We keep personal data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.

Our apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Torinox is intended for adults of legal nightlife age.

We may update this policy as our apps evolve. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app.
